  Trust that the property exists and that the calendar is accurate.

  Trust that the property is in the condition described and displayed with respect to: sleeping capacity, the location, and the general quality of the property. Descriptions are current and accurate.

• Trust the Service
  Each property manager has been certified to meet the highest service and quality levels of RezSecure. Trust that you will receive excellent service, delivered with friendliness.

• Trust the Price
  The price you see, is the price you pay. Trust the pricing you agree to on RezSecure is what will be charged. No hidden or additional charges.

• Pricing: We will refund any difference in price that was represented during the booking process on the RezSecure website.

• Location & Quality: We will work with you to find alternate accommodations if the vacation property sleeps fewer guests as stated on RezSecure or the quality has been grossly misrepresented. ·

• Refund: We will issue you a full refund, if alternate accommodation cannot be found.
