Looking for a nice clean and updated place in the Keys? This condo unit will NOT disappoint. Superbly renovated efficiency condo unit on the ground floor. Stunning kitchen updated with granite counters. Bathroom is marble and tile.

Full kitchen with stove and fridge, pots and pans and microwave.

All linens, sheets and towels. Queen bed. Flat screen T.V. No beach towels.

Located in a small complex on Coco Plum beach on a canal and close to the public beach.

Comes with use of pool and tennis courts.

Pets are accepted up to #20 pounds, there is a $150.00 non-refundable fee.


BOAT DOCKAGE:
Boat slip rate is $97 for up to a month. You must provide the office with proof of title and insurance, the boat must be in the guests name. You may park your trailers by the tennis court. (no other type of trailer parking is allowed)
