On the other end of the dining room, a large picture window affords beautiful views of the meadows, where antelope herds frequent. The dining room is open to the roomy, fully equipped kitchen, with center island and picture windows. Beyond the dining room is the utility room, with laundry facilities and door leading to the separate quarters above the detached garage.On the main floor is a bedroom with one queen bed, and a full bath. Upstairs are 2 substantial vaulted bedrooms, one full bath and a loft. The bedrooms both have sliding doors leading to an upper balcony with views of the meadows. One bedroom has 3 queens and one full, and the other bedroom has one queen.The basement has 2 bedrooms, each with one queen bed. A twin/full bunk in the family room provides extra sleeping area, as does a sleeper sofa. The family room also has a TV, wood fireplace, and ping pong table. A 3/4 bath is also found in the basement.For those seeking extra privacy or more room, the bonus room over the garage sleeps 5 more and has air hockey and foosball. It has one queen bed and a twin/full bunk, and a private bath. French doors lead from the bonus room to an upper deck, with the best Sawtelle views around!The clubhouse is just down the street, with swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, raquetball, tennis, weight room, golf pro shop, and a lounge with internet. Extra Fee for use of club house amenities.

PAYMENT * An advance payment equal to 50% of the lodging total plus insurance is required immediately at time of booking unless other arrangements are made and noted above. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler`s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or credit card payment. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS * A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than credit card merchant fees (3%) which cannot be recouped. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the lodging total for unused days, plus any insurance purchased unless the same dates can be re-booked. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
This property has a security deposit of $500. This is secured by the valid credit card on file for your reservation, but only charged if terms of the reservation contract are not kept. The Security Deposit Insurance for $39 is separate, and is an actual insurance policy that covers guests for any accidental damages that may occur to the cabin during their stay, up to $3000.
